Chocolate Chip Cookies

So here it is. I think it is one of those recipes that is loved by most of the kids.Very famous in the United States. So here is the list of things you need.
Ingredients:-
unsalted butter room temperature 226 grams
granulated white sugar 150 grams
Brown sugar in a firm pack
eggs 2 qty
pure vanilla extract 1 - 1 1/2 drops
all-purpose flour 295 grams
Baking powder 2 teaspoon
salt 1 teaspoon
dark chocolate chips 270 grams
walnut/almonds crushed or chopped 100 grams (optional)

Method:-
Now before we start we need to preheat the oven at 190 degree C (375 degrees F).Place the tray in the ovan while its being preheated.
Now in a mixing bowl add the butter and cream it using your hand or instead of using a mixing bowl use a mixer instead. After the butter takes a creamy consistency, add white and brown sugar to it.Beat well. After this is done add eggs make sure you mix well before addition of each egg.
Now in a mixing bowl add all the remaining dry ingredients(flour, baking soda and salt).
Add the dry mixture in the egg mixture and mix well.Add the the chocolate chips and nuts while your almost near with the dough(what I mean to say is when you are half way done with the dough). If the dough is not firm enough then simple put it into the refrigerator for half n' hour and it should be done.

Apple Pie

So here goes......

Ingredients
3-4 mediums sized cooking apples
Non-salted butter                 110 grams
Plain flour                             220 grams
Normal Sugar                       90   grams
(Amount of suagr being used also depends upon the sweetness of apples so check that too.)

Process
So first what you need to do is make a short crust pastry for the base and top of your apple pie.For that in a bowl add all the flour and butter, using your fingures tips mix the flour and butter.Make sure it gets the crumbled like texture(just like bread crumbs). After this thing is done add little by little water and make a dough out of it.
Now keep the dough into the refrigerator and let it set for about half n hour. Take out the dough and roll the dough (don't forget to sprinkle some flour before you do that).
Now put the rolled dough on to the utensil forming a base with the dough make sure all the sides are covered(make sure you leave some dough for the cover of the pir). Now thinly slice the apples(Slicing of apples were done in the last because this will keep the apple fresh and not brown and weired looking). Now place these apples over the utensil with dough base in it(this is also the time when you add the costa sugar over the apples). Now take the remaining part of the dough to form the cover of the pie.Roll the dough and put it on top of the pie dish.Cut out the extra crust and bind the base and cover to make a bad of dough with apples in them(if you know what i mean). Finally make two holes on the cover of the pie and brush the top with milk(it will give it a brown color looks awesome \m/).Now put it into the oven in about 220°C that is 425°F and let it cook for 10 minutes and after that cut down the heat and get it to 190°C that is 376°F and cook it for further 40 minutes .When its cooked let it cooldown for 15 minutes.
Serve hot or cold with some ice-cream and fruits(like i told earlier go wild with this).

P.S.-The reason I don't post pictures here on the blog is that the end product dose not always look like what is going on in the picture this makes people sad and they don't think that cooking is for them but cooking something is as easy as ABC if you just follow the steps and make it with whole heart and passion!!

So Bake on guys!!!!!!!!!
Don't forget to send me the picture of the end results so that I can post them here for everyone else to see.

Cheese Cake (Frozen)

As i have mentioned earlier cheese cake looks easy to make but its real pain in the butt sometimes and can be quiet disastrous (boys don't try to make it for your girlfriends if you haven't tried it before....) so here goes the recipe. Its rather an easy version of the so called Frozen cheese cake and quiet easy if you get all the things right for example the measurements on the ingredients. So here goes....

Ingredients:
1 graham cracker crust
2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream

Directions:
1. Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then slowly add the sugar and vanilla. Beat mixture until well blended.
2. In a clean chilled bowl, beat the whipping cream until soft peaks form.
3. Slowly beat the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
4. Spoon filling mixture into graham cracker crust. Chill for 4-6 hours before serving.
So before you serve you can add some druit toppings with it.Tastes always awesome. It will serve about five people. Now go make your family happy you folks got some work to do..

One of the most easiest cakes out there to make/bake but its just one thing you cant master......

First recipe for you all.. Yellow Butter Cake

Yellow Butter Cake Recipe:

6 large egg yolks
1 cup (240 ml) milk
2 teaspoons (8 grams) pure vanila extract
3 cups (300 grams) sifted cake flour
1 1/2 cups (300 grams) granulated white sugar
1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon (20 grams) baking poweder
3/4 teaspoon (5 grams) salt
12 tablespoons (170 grams) unsalted butter , room temperature and cut into pieces
Chocolate Frosting:
8 ounces (225 grams  bitter sweet or dark chocolate , chopped
1/4 cup (25 grams) cocoa powder (can use Dutch-processed or regular unsweetened cocoa powder )
3/4 cup (180 ml) milk
1/2 cup (113 grams) unsalted butter , cut into pieces
3 cups (345 grams) confectioners icing sugar, sifted to remove lumps
1 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla  extract

And here is the method of making it..

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (177 degrees C).Melt some butter and put it in a round cake mold brush it and make sure every side is covered with butter. Set aside.
In a medium bowl lightly combine the egg yolks, 60 ml milk, and few drops of vanilla extract(vanilla extract is added for two purposes 1.for flavor , 2. to take out the odour of the eggs).
In the bowl add the dry ingredients and mix gently (flour, sugar, baking powder and salt).Add the butter and remaining 3/4 cup (180 ml) milk. keep on mixing using a spatula (or hands they work just fine). Now waht you need to do is use a mixer and whisk it at max speed for two minutes to aeriate the batter and make it all fluffy i.e. giving it shape of a cake.Scrap down the sides of the bowl. Now with mixer still on add the egg mixture and add it with equal intervals of 30 secs so that the egg mixture gets mixed with the dough like substance
Divide the batter and pour into the prepared pans, smoothing the surface with an offset spatula.  (Pans will be about half full.)  Bake 25 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean and the cake springs back when pressed lightly in center.
Place the cake on wire rack in its pan and let it cool down , for about 10 minutes.  Then invert the cake onto a greased rack.  To prevent splitting, reinvert cake so that tops are right side up.  Cool completely before frosting.
Chocolate Frosting:  In a stainless steel bowl placed over a saucepan of simmering water, put the chopped chocolate, cocoa powder, milk, and butter.  Stir until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth.  Remove from heat and beat in, with a hand mixer or wire whisk, the icing sugar and vanilla extract.  If the frosting is lumpy, strain through a strainer to remove any lumps.  Cover and place the frosting in the refrigerator until it is firm (this may take a few hours).  Once the frosting is firm remove from refrigerator and place in your mixing bowl.  Beat the frosting for a minute or two or until it is nice and smooth and of spreading consistency.
Assemble:  Now place the cake on a plate and slice the cake from between, also take out the upper crust if you don't need it(it tastes awesome with that though). After the slicing is done add the frosting like u like(I mean to say just go wild with it this is the time to get funky n play with your food ITS FUN!!!!)and when the first layer is done gently put the second layer and go crazy with it!!!!!
The end result is your creation(with really no help of mine) eat share it and do send me the photo of it so i can put it on the blog!!!
Thanks all
See ya on the next post

Baking....

So the word bakery sounds pretty exciting at the first , but it is harsh for the people who make a living out of it.
So here I'm writing this blog for you and telling you how you can make awesome bakery products at home without realy thinking about anything else.
But before we start on the actual baking we should know what baking really is.Baking basically means to cook something in a dry heat (like a bon fire but its not really usefull.).Baking are basically of five types and i would not realy go into there whole head on details but would certainly give you an idea about what they are.So here goes,
the basic five types of baking are:-
1.The All-in-One Method
2.The Creaming Method
3.The Rubbing-in Method
4.The Melting Method
5.The Whisking Method
So these were the methods that you really need to know about.Nothing more. Now always remember that  you really need to get a hold on the ingredients you use.Control and also measure properly before you use because if the igredients are not measured porperly the end result can be a bit sucky.
So this was it guys end of first blog i ever wrote on Bakery.Hope you guys are ready for the upcoming recipes.
Ciao mates!!!
